You'll need to read our Alumni Groups Policy Manual and then fill out the New Alumni Group Application (see below for both documents). New Alumni Group Application - To start an Alumni Group, we'll need you to fill out a New Alumni Group Application. 3 Categories (Chapter, Club, Contact) - This is a quick look at our 3 different levels of involvement in our program. 7 Services to Cal - Our program is based around 7 Services to Cal. Data Management Protocol Agreement - In order to provide you with alumni data, we need to have this signed document on file.
