Join Chef John Thiel for a unique 5-day, 4-night adults-only mountain retreat and cooking school. Participants will learn hands-on tips and secrets to preparing healthy meals and small plates perfect for entertaining with insights on pairing the right wines with every meal.
A sampling of the menu items you'll learn to prepare includes Vietnamese wraps, gnocchi, crostini, crepes, paella, Tuscan grilling, and brined pork chops.
The program includes daily cooking lessons in small classes yet plenty of free-time for lounging by the pool, hikes in the mountains, and afternoon naps. Yoga classes and optional massage therapists are available.
