CAA will host special events throughout the weekend and Student Homecoming will host events for students September 28-October 3.
The Young Alumni "Bear Garden" Reunion Classes of 1999-2009
Friday, Oct. 2 | 9 p.m. - midnight | Alumni House Have a beer with your fellow Bears. See if old friends really look like their Facebook pictures. Connect with someone you should have met on Sproul Plaza years ago.
A special invitation to the Class of 2008 (1st reunion), 2004 (5th Reunion), and 1999 (10th reunion)!
Cost: $15 per person (includes 3 drink tickets for beer/wine, light food) Guests must be 21 and over to attend.

California LIVE! Lecture presented by California magazine Changing the World: One Student at a Time
Friday, Oct. 2 | 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. | Alumni House Students needn't wait until they leave school to make a difference in the world. Here are three who already are doing just that. Learn how Laura Stachel got a maternity hospital to Nigeria, Caricia Catalani distributed video cameras to the poor of New Orleans and Jacob Seigel-Boettner built coffee bikes for Rwandan farmers.
This panel discussion is hosted by California magazine editor Wendy Miller, a 25 year veteran of journalism and former editor at the Los Angeles Times and San Francisco Chronicle.
