TAAP LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE TAAP Leadership Council (TLC) is designed to give students the chance to further develop their leadership skills by working together to create outreach opportunities, community service events, social outings/events, and assist in planning and facilitating TAAP meetings. TLC is run by students and for students. All Achievement Award scholars have the opportunity to contribute to the TLC activities and improve your skills in outreach, marketing, donor relations, event planning, and community relations. TLC is a safe place to voice your opinions and make TAAP everything you want it to be.
