“Good Eats” Picnic Day

“Good Eats” is a collaborative event to bring together the entire UC Berkeley community for one big picnic! Come out to Memorial Glade to relax, play Frisbee, try some of the delicious food that restaurants from downtown Berkeley and Oakland will be sampling, and listen to some performances from some of Cal’s favorite performing groups! Also, there will be some awesome student group and Greek chapter homecoming banners on display for judging.

Dance and Casino Night

"Caltography" is an annual photography competition where student and alumni photographers and artists from all experience levels are encouraged to submit original works for the opportunity to win cash, prizes, and to show their Cal pride.

1868 Cal Avenue

4 hours before Game | Saturday, October 4 | Upper Sproul Plaza

1868 Cal Avenue is a student group-alumni affinity food court designed to reconnect alumni with current student groups on campus. On Homecoming Game Day, October 4th, Upper Sproul and Dwinelle Plaza will be transformed into a sea of dazzling blue and gold. While student groups sell food and alumni groups mingle with other alumni and students, there will entertainment stages, where campus and community bands and groups will be performing. 1868 Cal Ave has blossomed into a rich tradition that students and alumni alike look forward to every year at Homecoming.

Cubfest Kids Carnival

4 hours before Game | Saturday, October 4 | Dwinelle Plaza

Student Homecoming Team invites Bears of all ages to enjoy free face painting, arts and crafts, games, and prizes. Cubfest is a carnival where alumni, parents and their kids can interact with current students.
