Frank Sperling was born and raised in San Francisco. A Moraga resident since 1987, he has served as town mayor and now sits on the Moraga-Orinda Fire District Board of Directors. Sperling owns a private management consulting firm and hopes to “improve efficiency and effectiveness” at CAA.
