Tour Costs
Dates, schedules, program details and cost, given in good faith and based on information available and in force May 15, 2008 are subject to change and revision. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, current exchange rates and tariffs, a minimum number of participants and in some instances, current airfares. Airfare is not included unless noted.
What's Included
- A comprehensive, educational program.
- Accommodations in first-class hotels (or best available in remote areas) based on two persons sharing a room.
- Meals as indicated in the final daily itineraries.
- Services of experienced tour directors, academic lecturers, and local guides.
- Pre-trip information, pre-departure briefing or conference call/webinar, and California Alumni Association travel accessories.
What's Not Included
- Unless otherwise noted, all international airfaire from San Francisco or Los Angeles.
- Special airline arrangements and/or deviations from the announced itinerary.
- Passport and visa fees.
- All personal items and other items not specifically mentioned as included in the trip itineraries.
- Personal travel insurance.
Single Accomodations
On all tours, single spaces are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee. We assist the single traveler who wants to share accommodations.
