Interviewers

Alumni volunteers interview scholarship applicants

Overview

Interview panels are conducted in-person or by phone. Local scholarship District Chairs organize and coordinate interviews. All Interviewers are given an orientation by the District Chair that includes how to assess a candidate’s fit for the scholarship program, and best practices for interviewing. Interviews are conducted for incoming Cal students in the months of April and May, and current Cal students in the month of September.
