We provide linens and towels in all units, which are refreshed daily upon request. All units include Cable TV and a DVD player. Each unit has a charcoal barbecue, but we do not stock charcoal or lighter fluid. All units include, at a minimum, a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and filters (not stocked with kitchenware or coffee). Many units have full kitchens that also include a stove, an oven, a medium-large refrigerator, a toaster, pots/pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, paper towels, dish soap, salt, and pepper. Units with wood-burning fireplaces are provided one complimentary bundle of firewood per day autumn through spring. Additional firewood is available and may be purchased at $6 per bundle. Firewood is also available for purchase during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day). There are no telephones in any of our units. A pay phone is available, and cellular service may be available, depending on your carrier. We generally do not have staff available to run messages out to guests, and ask that our office number be used for emergency contact only. All units are heated, but none have air conditioning (generally not necessary).

There is a coin operated washer and dryer on-site. Balls and equipment are provided for on-site seasonal recreation. Towels are provided at the pool and are for pool use only. Bring beach towels for lake activities. It is always a good idea to bring flashlights to the mountains.
