Due to Bay Area Shelter in Place requirements, the CAA board and annual membership meeting will take place virtually via Zoom. CAA members are welcome to join all open sessions of the CAA board and annual membership meeting and submit public comment via Zoom or contact AJ Schnetz at aj.schnetz@alumni.berkeley.edu or 510.900.8183

CAA members will vote on the following proposed changes to the CAA Bylaws:

  • Changing quorum requirement for annual membership meeting from 20 to 15 CAA members
  • Setting the size of the voting directors on the CAA board at between 9 and 13 directors
  • Changing the board terms to begin immediately after the conclusion of the CAA annual membership meeting
