Dr. Marsha Roberts is Chief of Staff/Associate Physician-in-Chief of Hospital Operations at Kaiser Walnut Creek Medical Center. She has more than 20 years’ experience practicing medicine as a board-certified radiologist. She has previously served on The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) Board of Directors and was Chief of Radiology for the Diablo Service Area.

Dr. Roberts holds a B.A. in molecular biology from UC Berkeley and a medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at UC San Diego, where she was Chief Resident, and a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology also at UC San Diego.

Dr. Roberts is passionate about education and health equity. She mentors Cal students seeking careers in healthcare, mentors women in medicine, and develops future leaders at TPMG.
