Sheila Baxter-Lamb ’10, MPH, is a healthcare strategy and operations leader whose work has been deeply shaped by her connection to the University of California, Berkeley. She serves in business operations and strategy within Kaiser Permanente’s Information Technology division, driving innovation at the intersection of care delivery and technology.
A Berkeley-rooted entrepreneur, Sheila joined Healthy Communities Institute, a startup founded out of UC Berkeley, as employee #6 and led business development through its acquisition by Xerox prior to joining Kaiser Permanente.
Sheila remains closely engaged with UC Berkeley School of Public Health as faculty, where she teaches leadership, and previously served as Board President of the School of Public Health Alumni Association. She earned her MPH in Health Policy & Management from Berkeley in 2010, received the Henrik L. Blum Award for Distinguished Social Action, and was honored with the early career healthcare executive award from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
