Becky Mancero

Becky Mancero ’15 has been promoted to partner at SPZ Legal, a boutique law firm representing high-growth startups. Since joining SPZ Legal in 2021, Becky has played a central role in the firm’s startup and venture capital practice, advising clients on entity formation, equity compensation, financing transactions, corporate governance, commercialization, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to SPZ Legal, Becky started her legal career at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in the firm’s venture and corporate practice areas. She holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a B.A. in Media Studies from UC Berkeley.
