Jenny Yu

Jenny Yu ’03 has joined national law firm Epstein Becker Green in Los Angeles as a member of the firm’s Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. A courtroom veteran at the state and district court levels, Yu is an experienced employment litigator who focuses on wage and hour matters, class actions, representative actions under PAGA, wrongful termination claims, and more. She’s represented a variety of employers, including startups, established companies, educational institutions, governmental entities, and nonprofits. Yu earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in Cognitive Science with an emphasis on Computational Modeling from UC Berkeley.
