Nitasha Kaur Sawhney

Nitasha Kaur Sawhney ’97 was reappointed to the Foundation for California Community Colleges Board of Directors for a second four-year term from May 2026 through May 2030. Her appointment was approved in May by the California Community Colleges Board of Governors.

Foundation CCC is the official nonprofit auxiliary to the California Community Colleges, the largest system of higher education in the nation. We facilitate systemwide collaboration, provide grants, emergency aid, and scholarships to students across California’s 116 community colleges.
