Notes from our 2025 Women's Wellness Campers

  • The activity options were absolutely amazing. I wasn't able to fit everything in, which makes me excited to come back next year.

  • Oh my where to begin it was all so wonderful. Laura at the pool as aways was a super star, and her stroke coaching/great expertise is just amazing. She is a gem! Likewise, great to see Kate at the wine tasting, always a joy... And the paddle board guide this year -- an absolute delight. Enjoyed every moment. First-rate leaders all around. And such warm and kind personalities.

  • EXCELLENT STAFF! All so friendly, very attentive and seemed to be loving their jobs!

  • Thank you for all your hard work, it has made an enduring impact on the lives of many women. Regarding my own Lair discovery -- I had never thought to read the Cal Connection newsletter since I graduated Cal 25 years ago, and I didn't know about the Lair, but this year, the Lair found me. This was a particularly poignant summer for me to celebrate myself, and I was proud to do it Lair style : )

  • I really respect and appreciate the growing diversity in the campers I've seen over the years -- whoever has been fostering this is doing an AMAZING job I think.

Don’t Forget!

In addition to reviewing our summer camp What to Bring list, please also remember to pack:

  • Your best 70’s costume or any silly clothes for Disco Bingo
  • Crochet hook, knitting needles, and yarn if you’re interested in crochet and knitting classes
  • Yoga mat
