Event Reports

Alumni Chapters Grant Program

CAA’s grant program helps Alumni Chapters cover out-of-pocket expenses for events and program costs.

Board Member Updates

Request an Email

Chartered Alumni Chapters can request up to four professionally designed emails per year sent on their behalf to a wider audience of alumni. To request an email, a chapter leader must submit this form.

Event Insurance

CAA contracts with CampusConnexions for event liability insurance. Complete your application online, or get more information in the Alumni Chapters Manual regarding this complimentary resource for chartered Alumni Chapters. Apply at least two weeks before your event date to bind coverage.

Request Event Supplies

Chapters that are hosting an event can request supplies such as CAA-branded nametags, pom-poms, and cheer cards. Please note that requests take a minimum of two weeks to fulfill and must abide by the limits outlined.

Data and Confidential Information Management

To protect our alumni community, all volunteers working with must understand and comply with CAA’s policies about data distribution, handling, and maintenance.
