Alumni Scholar Leaders Shine at Luncheon

In April, we marked 85 years of CAA’s Leadership Award. Originally established in 1934 to serve twenty-six students on the Berkeley and Los Angeles University of California campuses, The Leadership Award has gone on to support more than 20,000 undergraduate students to date. The oldest non-academic merit-based scholarship on campus now benefits more than 650 new students each year. During the luncheon, three current scholars and three alumni shared what leadership means to them.

Welcome 2019–20 Alumni Scholars

The fall 2019 semester is nearly here, and we at Alumni House are eager to welcome more than 850 new and returning Alumni Scholars to campus. CAA’s Alumni Scholars Program team kicks off with fall retreats, during which scholars build community, learn the ropes at Cal, and prepare for a golden experience on campus.

This milestone event will include a reunion for program alumni and students, followed by a fundraising dinner. We invite you to attend as a dinner sponsor, ensuring our ability to serve even more TAAP scholars in the decades to come. Learn more.
