Alumni Scholars Program

Funded by the San Francisco Foundation and in partnership with UC Berkeley and the Cal Alumni Association, the African American Initiative Scholarship provides African American students with financial support to make their Cal education more accessible.
The Leadership Award recognizes undergraduate students who demonstrate innovative, initiative-driven leadership impacting their academic, work, and community environments.
TAAP serves community-minded undergraduate students, providing both financial assistance and supportive programming. Become part of our family at the number one public university in the world.
Over the past 20 years, The Achievement Award Program has supported more than 400 students in earning their Cal education. Many of these scholars were underrepresented and first-generation college students.
It is with confidence and enthusiasm that we look forward to seeing this new cohort of Alumni Scholars make an incredible impact on our campus.
